You can enjoy these nutritious Salmon Franks so many ways. Easy to prepare and fun to eat, as a meal or snack, anytime, all year long.
Salmon Frank Tortilla or Wrap
On an 8” tortilla, place sliced tomato, onion, mushroom and celery. Broil, grill or microwave 1 Frank and place on tortilla. Add alittle salad dressing, (honey) mustard or a little lemon juice. Roll the tortilla and enjoy.
Salmon Frank Pasta
After cooking your favorite pasta. Mix in frank cut in 1/4” slices that has been cooked in a non-stick or lightly greased fry pan (you can microwave, grill or broil) and add sliced frank and cook under medium high flame while turning every few seconds until hot. Also add tomato, broccoli or carrot slices and your favorite sauce or just some olive oil. Sprinkle in your favorite topping.
Salmon Frank Sushi
Broil, fry or microwave 1 frank. Spread a thin layer of regular or (honey) mustard on a tortilla. Place bean sprouts on top. You can also add basil leaves or baby spinach leaves to add some greenery. Microwave, broil or grill frank and place in center , sprinkle a little soy sauce and roll up. Use a little olive oil as glue to seal. Slice into 1/2" to 1" pieces. Dip into a spicy wasabi or a poppy seed dressing, if available.
Salmon Fank Pita Pocket
Prepare slices of tomato, onion, pepper and cel ery. Broil, grill or microwave frank. Slice in 8 pieces horizontally and vertically. Cut pita pocket in half and add the contents. Mix in your favorite dressing, (honey) mustard or light salad dressing and serve.
Salmon Frank Salad
Prepare slice of tomato, onion, mushroom and celery.Broil, grill or microwave frank and cut into 1/2” pieces. Place on a pita pocket that has been cut in half and opened. Mix in your favorite dressing, (honey) mustard or a nice light salad dressing and eat.
